  1. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2. FOTOMOSAIK 4.1.0 POSTCARDWARE VERSION

  4.  STEFFEN SCHIRMER IS THE DEVELOPER OF THIS SOFTWARE. ALL RIGHTS AND THE COPYRIGHT  
  5.  OF THE SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED WITH THIS LICENSE REMAIN WITH THE DEVELOPER.  
  6.    
  7.  1. This software is distributed as Postcardware, you are free to use the software at  
  8.     no charge. You may copy the software and its documentation freely. Spreading the  
  9.     program and its documentation by electronic networks, floppy discs, CD-ROM etc.  
  10.     is allowed as long as you are not selling it and the program and documentation  
  11.     is distributed unchanged and completely, including copyright notice and license  
  12.     in all parts.  
  13.    
  14.  2. The developer makes no representations about the suitability of this software  
  15.     or about any content or information made accessible by the software, for any 
  16.     purpose. The software is provided 'as is' without expressed or implied 
  17.     warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
  18.     purpose or non-infringement. This software is provided gratuitously and, 
  19.     accordingly, the developer shall not be liable under any theory or any damages 
  20.     suffered by you or any user of the software.

  22.  3. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of this software remains 
  23.     with the user.

  25.  4. The developer is under no obligation to issue updates to this software. Limited 
  26.     support for the software might be available, but is not guaranteed.

  28.  5. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the  
  29.     software shall remain in the hands of the developer.

  31.  6. The developer shall not be liable for (a) incidental, consequential, special  
  32.     or indirect damages of any sort, whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise,  
  33.     even if the developer has been informed of the possibility of such damages,  
  34.     or (b) for any claim by any other party.

  36.  7. The developer reserves the right to, at any time, impose additional restrictions  
  37.     on how the software may be used.

  39.  8. If sections or individual wordings of this license agreement are not legal or  
  40.     correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by  
  41.     this fact.

  43.  Your use of this software is subject to all of the terms and conditions of this  
  44.  license agreement. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions of this  
  45.  statement, you are not permitted to use the software in any way.
